Back in April, during their historic summit, the two Koreas agreed to stop all hostile acts against each other, and reduce military tensions. Now, they‘ve moved another step closer to that goal. South Korea‘s defense ministry announced that inter-Korean military communication lines for the eastern part of the Korean Peninsula were completely restored as of Wednesday. All functions of the line, such as phone call and fax functions, are now working as normal.
