Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu held telephone talks with the Defence Ministers of Armenia David Tonoyan and Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov.

During the talks, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu called on his colleagues to fully fulfill the obligations of the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides in accordance with the agreements reached in Moscow on October 10, 2020.
