According to Hebrew media reports, four local residents were arrested during riots that kicked off over the arrest of another local, suspected of violating the government regulations.

Earlier in the day, six people were arrested in the ultra-Orthodox West Bank settlement of Modiin Illit, where police units arrived to disperse a prayer at a local synagogue.

The worshippers refused to comply and scuffled with the officers.
