Israel has selected Malcolm Shaw KC of Essex Court Chambers for representation at the ICJ next week. Appointed KC 22 years ago, is professor of international law at Leicester Uni, and, like virtually all lawyers who act on behalf of Israel, does not believe Palestine’s a state.
