Jena. Der Jenaer Bundestagsabgeordnete Ralph Lenkert (DIE LINKE.) findet die Umstände der Bürgerbefragung zur Bebauung des Eichplatzes rechtlich fragwürdig und hakt deshalb bei der Stadtverwaltung nach. In drei Anfragen nach dem Thüringer Informationsfreiheitsgesetz fragt er nach den Kosten der Telefonumfrage und den Kosten der Werbung für die geplante Bebauung des Eichplatzes der Projektpartner jenawohnen GmbH und OFB. Natürlich interessieren ihn auch die Ergebnissen der Telefonumfrage zur Bebauung, die bisher nicht veröffentlicht wurden. Zudem will Lenkert erfahren, ob und wann die entstehenden Kosten für die Werbemaßnahmen des von der Stadtverwaltung favorisierten Bebauungsprojektes dem Jenaer Stadtrat vorgelegt und beschlossen wurden.

Als Föderationsrat (auch: Föderationssowjet; russisch Совет Федерации) wird das Oberhaus der beiden Parlamentskammern Russlands bezeichnet. Der Föderationsrat dient als Vertretung der Gliedstaaten. Er repräsentiert die 83 Subjekte der russischen Föderation. Die regionalen Exekutiven und Legislativen entsenden je einen Vertreter.
