Perhaps the most amazing thing about the Republican Study Committee report on copyright reform by Derek Khanna isn‘t so much that it was one of the sanest pieces about copyright written from within a government, or that it was withdrawn so quickly after being published, but that Congress‘ response to the whole matter has been to stick its collective head in the sand and try to pretend the whole thing never happened.
