(25.August 2011) A club deal of banks comprising Société Générale, DekaBank, CorealCredit Bank AG and Deutsche Postbank financed the investment in approximately 300 properties mainly let to Deutsche Post and located all across Germany. The investor is Dundee International Real Estate Investment Trust.
