Japan‘s Asahi Shimbun quoted a friend Thursday saying Huong „dated several South Korean men.“ The friend, who claimed to have been her roommate until recently, said Huong told her she was going to Jeju Island with a man about a week before the assassination.
South Korean investigators have found that Huong went to Jeju Island last November and a South Korean man in his 20s vouched for her visa.
