The Vietnamese leader made the statement in his recent message to mark the 69th anniversary of the August Revolution (1945) and National Day (September 2).

“This duty is a very sacred and noble one to follow the deeds of our ancestors and older generations, just as what was said in the teachings of Uncle Ho: ‘the Hung Kings founded the country, you and I must protect it’,” President Sang said in the message.
