Just one of the macabre ironies is that there is an incentive to kill a „terrorist suspect,“ because there will be no law broken; if the „suspect“ were captured and tortured, it might be illegal. Is murdering someone less a violation of human rights than torture? Apparently, the US Senate thinks so.
