“The big moneyed interests, the Wall Street banks, the giant corporations, they give campaigners bid contributions. These are investments. They are not contributions, they are investments,” the political commentator pointed out. “You give a candidate a million dollar, you want to get back maybe a hundred million in return, maybe a billion. And that’s the way the US system works.”
