Five Republicans so far have said they plan to vote in favor of the measure: Sens. Jerry Moran (Kansas), Susan Collins (Maine), Mike Lee (Utah), Rand Paul (Ky.) and Todd Young (Ind.). The resolution needs a simple majority to pass.
