This amendment I introduced & cosponsored by @RepBarbaraLee, @RepRoKhanna, @janschakowsky, @RepMcGovern & @RepWalterJones is a historic achievement. Yesterday it passed the U.S. House, and it makes clear that no law gives the President power to launch a strike against Iran.
