Amroudi who heads cultural affairs in Tehran municipality already served as head of Iranian schools in Kuwait . He was arrested in Kuwait airport on his way to Tehran. Amroudi was in Kuwait at the invitation of the Iran-Kuwait friendship society to participate in a ceremony.
