The Russian delegation led by Minister Alexander Novak arrived in Saudi Arabia on October 22. The Ministry of Energy said the topic is to attract investments into the oil, gas and electricity sectors in economies of the two countries. The Gulf Cooperation Council unites Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
