Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah on Friday visited the PLA (Navy) Ship LIUZHOU here and met with the Chinese Flotilla Commander, Deputy Chief of Staff PLA (Navy) South Sea Fleet, Rear Admiral Yu Manjiang.
