Established in September 2011 and signed into EUCOM’s Theater Campaign Plan in April 2012, the Joint Interagency Counter-Trafficking Center (JICTC) works with other U.S. government agencies and international partners to develop an inhospitable environment for transnational illicit trafficking and terrorism in EUCOM’s area of responsibility. This results in diminished money flow to traffickers and terrorists.
