German Ambassador to Tehran Michael von Ungern-Sternberg, was quoted on Thursday by Fars news agency as saying that increased cooperation between the two countries’ ports will certainly boost the volume of trade between Tehran and Berlin.

The German envoy made the remarks in a meeting with officials of Ports and Maritime Department of Hormozgan province in the southern Iranian Rajaei port.
