A former lawmaker (?) of Nea Dimokratia is seven suspects accused to have formed a criminal gang that was forging wills in order to illegally inherit properties and money. The ex MP, 80, is believed to be the brain of the gang that was active for at least five years. According to Greek media, the gang “brain” was already sentenced to five years imprisonment in 2013, for “fraud by profession and by habit”, and received large sums of money from parents, for allegedly appointing their children to public administration services, banks and elsewhere.
