Dubai’s stocks rose from the lowest level since December led by Emaar Malls Group PJSC as Brent crude increased.

The DFM General Index climbed 1.7 percent to 3,458.83 as of 10:14 a.m. local time after closing less than 20 points away from the threshold for a bear market on Monday.
