Prime Minister David Cameron is in Paris for talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Arab allies as they prepare to launch military action to prevent assaults on rebel cities in Libya.

Britain has ordered Typhoon and Tornado fighter jets to deploy to the Mediterranean to help impose a no-fly zone authorised by UN Security Council.
