Gandhian Anna Hazare on Saturday described the acceptance of key demands, including an agreement on the citizens‘ charter, bringing lower bureaucracy under the Lokpal ambit and setting up of Lokayuktas in states, in the formulation of the anti-corruption legislation as battle half won.
