PYONGYANG, August 14. /ITAR-TASS/. Current dramatic events in Ukraine “are caused by interference of the United States and Western countries into domestic affairs of that country,” the spokesman for North Korean Foreign Ministry told ITAR-TASS on Thursday.

The main goal “of this backstage control (over the current events) is to create a pro-American regime in Ukraine and a circle around Russia,” the diplomat said. North Korean Foreign Ministry is convinced that Washington “instigates actively and abets to inhumane war crimes which are being committed in Ukraine“.
