(9.3.2017) Our approach assumes the continuation of limited available resources, both financial and personnel, to accomplish U.S. objectives. Thus, Africa Command will continue to operate with security force assistance as the decisive effort of our strategy. However, any reduction to our already optimized (but limited) resources would impact Africa Command’s ability to support the National Security Strategy and National Military Strategy objectives.
