Ankara shows its real intentions regarding a solution for the Cyprus problem. It not only opposes the idea of withdrawal of its troops from Cyprus and the abolition of the guarantor powers. It also opposes the idea of the European Union as a so-called “guarantor of Cyprus reunification”.
