Mr. Joel Harding is an adviser and consultant for information operations, strategic communication and cyberwarfare. I no longer want to counter Russian propaganda for free. The US government should be supporting these actions, but is not. The US government is negligent. All talk, no action. Russian propaganda is kicking our butt and the United States is not doing enough about it. VOA and RFE are doing an okay job, but they have no penetration. State? Three people? *pfft*
