After the collapse of the Porcellum electoral law that stayed on its feet for years thanks to the government of “Sporche Intese” {Dirty Agreements}, the parties reorganised themselves.
First objective: Remove the 5 Star MoVement from the field of play by preventing them from winning elections.
Second objective: Make a permanent transformation of Parliament into a docile instrument that does not interfere with the approval of each shameful decree as happened with the “Lodo Alfano”.
