If you had to cut out a court (a senseless action in a country that needs to speed up the machinery of justice), where would you start? In a town where the town council has twice been dissolved because of mafia involvement? With a court located at the epicentre of the ‘ndrangheta? Concentrate! The response is not the court in Montepulciano, nor the one in Sulmona, and even less is it the one in Ivrea. In fact the one to be closed down is the court in Lamezia Terme.
