The head of Hezbollah denounced Saturday Syrian rebels seeking the ouster of his ally President Bashar Assad, saying Takfiri groups predominated the ranks of rebels which he said could pose a danger to Lebanon and all its religious sects.

“If the Takfiri groups gain control of border areas with Lebanon, they will pose a threat to both Muslims and Christians,” Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah said.
