She said that she saw a video which raised her suspicions, in which an unseen cameraman was recording from a balcony and focusing on the location from which a rocket was launched 4 or 5 seconds before the rocket was actually launched, adding that while the truth may come out in the future, such videos manipulated feelings in the present and were followed by instigation by French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and his team who influenced US State Secretary John Kerry.

Lizin attributed the hardline French position to a group of hardliners led by Fabius, saying that France is directly involved in supporting terrorists in Syria, citing an example in which a French-speaking man said on the Belgian public radio that he trains combatants who don’t speak Arabic in Syria, adding that this man clearly works for a French agency.
