Syrian government guarantees that armed people with their hand weapons can safely leave eastern parts of Aleppo, the SANA news agency quotes the Syrian Foreign Ministry as saying on Monday.

Under the document, apart from guarantees to militants, the Syrian authorities are also ready to render necessary aid to the wounded leaving Aleppo.
