“Syrians are moving the weapons out in conditions of combat operations, a fierce civil war with a touch of foreign terrorist interference, that is why it is simply silly to lay any challenge to them,” the diplomat said. “We must proceed from real live and not some dates,” he added.
Ulyanov leads the Russian delegation to a third session of the Preparatory Committee for the 2015 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The session opened at the UN headquarters on April 28 and will run until May 9.
