Secretary of State Mike Pompeo arrived in Tokyo this morning after wrapping up two days of talks with North Korea‘s former spy chief Kim Yong Chol in North Korea. He did not meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, but did leave him a letter from President Trump.
