Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed here on Wednesday evening that he will meet his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu on the margins of the 22nd Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), adding that „he will be disappointed if there is nothing new to hear“.
