Russia‘s Defence Ministry and Syria‘s opposition have agreed to create a new „de-escalation“ zone north of the city of Homs, the ministry spokesman, Igor Konashenkov, was shown saying on Russia‘s state Rossiya 24 TV channel on Thursday.
