Konashenkov reported that the Russian representative in the Human Rights Council in Geneva received a request Tuesday, from the head of the UN humanitarian mission in Syria, Ramzy Ezzeldin.
‚It is not the first time we receive such a request, but it seems, as if it were done, to sabotage a humanitarian help supply from the UN to the population of Alepo, which eastern zone is now in the hands of armed groups,‘ Konashenkov said.
