(26.Februar) For 86 days, the blockade and attacks have continued in the Sur district of Diyarbakır. Approximately 200 civilians and four-month-old Elif Su Aslan have been stuck in several basements in Sur since February 17. Diyarbakır Governorship announced twice that a corridor would be opened. However, citizens said that they couldn’t get out because their safety was not guaranteed.
