Subpoenas were issued, mostly last month and this month, to Barclays (BARC), Citigroup (C), Deutsche Bank (DDB), JPMorgan Chase (JPM), HSBC (HBC), Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and UBS (UBS), the person said.
