Margus Rahuoja, Director of Aviation and International Transport Affairs in the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE), previously Head of Cabinet for former European Commission Vice-President Siim Kallas, having held the role of Senior Advisor for the same department in addition to relations with the Council and the Presidency, between 2010 and 2013.
