Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi instructs the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs to submit a formal complaint by the Iraqi government on the Turkish incursion.

Iraq is to request that the matter be brought before a special session of the Security Council and the distribution of the complaint as an official document.
