A position paper issues by the Palestinian Human Rights council on Wednesday said that the UN’s withdrawal of the ESCWA report makes it complicit in Israeli crimes, calling Rima Khalaf, Richard Falk and Virginia Tilley pioneers of a new method to end Israeli occupation.

The importance of the report, according to the Council, lies in its “high credibility in terms of relying on information proved with documents and approved by all.
