Pakistan and Azerbaijan have long-standing and strong relations that are based on brotherhood and friendship, said Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan Khalid Usman Qaiser August 14.

The ambassador was addressing an event dedicated to the 69th anniversary of independence of his country.
