(26.8.17) The members of the mission were seen off at the Seeb Airbase by Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis Al Raisi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman ( RNO) and a number of senior officers at the Ministry of Defence, the Sultan’s Armed Forces, Royal Guard of Oman, Royal Oman Police, Royal Court Affairs and the other security agencies.
