Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi met in Tripoli with tribal leaders from the eastern part of the country, according to footage shown on Libyan state TV on Wednesday night.The footage, which showed that Gaddafi talked with tribal leaders in a hotel in Tripoli, did not tell the date of the meeting.
