Russian President Vladimir Putin did not have a telephone conversation with British singer Elton John, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.

„That is not true. There was no conversation,“ Peskov told reporters adding that the authenticity of the musician‘s message is doubtful due to a number of grammar mistakes in the text.
