The Kerala Government on Thursday told the High Court that Italian oil tanker Enrica Lexie, detained in Kochi after two Marines on board the ship shot two Indian fishermen to death on February 15, could not be released at this stage as the probe was still going on even as a Kollam court rejected a plea seeking naming of the ship’s captain as an accused in the case.
