Latin America has become the primary export market for the Israeli arms industry, 18 countries having obtained armaments from that source. The author of this study-in-depth asserts, in fact, that the military component now dominates Israeli-Latin American relations, creating a subtle web of influence that is a tribute to realpolitik.
