The Islamic Republic is determined to achieve an agreement with the P5+1 over its nuclear program by March 31, Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, the Iranian government spokesman said.

“We are committed to achieve an agreement both in details and generalities of the nuclear case by March 31,” Nobakht said, the Islamic Republic’s official IRNA news agency reported Feb. 25.
