Once DiE M25’s European New Deal becomes part of Europe’s political discourse, thus getting a chance to stabilise Europe and stem the centrifugal forces that are currently tearing it apart, DiEM25 will present a follow up Policy Paper entitled ‘DiEM25’s European De mocratic Constitutional Framework’. Its purpose will be to promote a Constitutional Assembly Process, involving representatives elected on trans -­‐ national tickets , to manage the evolution of Europe into a democratic political entity and the replacement of a ll existing European Treaties with a democratic European Constitution.
