Reps tell news that the quake started forty-four miles below sea level. The quake was not centered on land but out to sea. It was forty miles from Intipuca. It started fifty-two miles south of La Union. It was roughly one hundred miles south of San Salvador. The government of Nicaragua meantime just issued a tsunami alert for its Pacific coast today 10/13/14.
